Fitness for Function
Fitness for Function is an exercise class that is operated in collaboration with CareLink’s Rehab Innovations program. Instructors are trained in group dynamics for seniors and grade the exercises so that they are therapeutically challenging and meaningful. Regular exercise can enhance mobility, flexibility and balance, and improves strength and posture, which in turn will help with coordination and reducing the risk of falls.
